1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)

If your destination is not listed, please contact us to confirm whether special shipping arrangements can be made.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time payment is confirmed.
  • During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs 0$ for standard delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using this tracking number.

6. Delays, Customs & Additional Fees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or the carrier.
  • If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your package.

9. Receiving & Inspection

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your package and items immediately.
  • If you notice any damage or missing items, contact us within 5 business days of receipt, providing photos, so we can assist with a resolution.
