1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following destinations:
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
If your destination is not listed, please contact us to confirm whether special shipping arrangements can be made.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time payment is confirmed.
- During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs 0$ for standard delivery.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using this tracking number.
6. Delays, Customs & Additional Fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or the carrier.
- If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
- If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
- Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
8. Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your package.
9. Receiving & Inspection
- Upon delivery, please inspect your package and items immediately.
- If you notice any damage or missing items, contact us within 5 business days of receipt, providing photos, so we can assist with a resolution.
